Payments

Sinspired accepts PayPal as our preferred payment method.  This is a safe and secure way to complete an internet transaction.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal, as they will handle credit and debit card payments also.  If you choose to pay by echeque, your order will not be dispatched until PayPal has confirmed the echeque has cleared, which can take approx 10 days.  As PayPal handles the payment transaction, no customer financial details will ever be passed to Sinspired and we will not collect any payment data about you.

Age

Sinspired will only accept orders from customers who are over the age of 18.  During the checkout process you will be asked to confirmed this with a check box.

Order Cancellation

Under Distance Selling Regulations, all customers are entitled to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their purchase.  In this situation, please email Sinspired to let us know your intentions, and then return your unused, unopened goods in their original condition.  If goods are not in their original condition, Sinspired will return the goods to you at your expense.  Sinspired cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods and would recommend the use of Recorded Delivery.  You will then receive a refund of the item price and postage charge into your PayPal account within 30 days of Sinspired receiving your purchase back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size etc, then please email Sinspired to let us know your intentions.  Then please return your item in its original condition, and include £3.00 cash payment to cover return postage costs.  If goods are not in their original condition, Sinspired may return them to you at your expense.  Sinspired cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods returned to us, and would advise the use of Recorded Delivery.

Faulty Goods

All of Sinspired goods are checked prior to dispatch.  However, in the unlikey event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Sinspired will either exchange or refund your goods.  Please email your concerns to Sinspired in the first instance.  You will then need to return your order within 14 days.  Returns outside of that time will not be accepted.  Sinspired cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items and would recommend the use of Recorded Delivery.  If your item is found to be faulty, the postage charge will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Bespoke Bondage Orders

If you have requested a made-to-measure item, please note that Sinspired will not accept returns under any circumstances, unless the item is found to be faulty.
